These Terms govern the text-messaging program of Jake Lewis (doing business as Realbarberjake) ("we", "us", "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from us, you accept these Terms.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
